Helen Grace De Niro; Robert De Niro, Wife Welcome New Daughter

Robert De Niro and his wife Grace Hightower welcomed a new baby daughter, Helen Grace, early Friday, People Magazine has confirmed. It is the second child for the pair.

Helen, born via a surrogate, joins big brother Elliot, 13, just in time for the holidays. De Niro's rep told the New York Post that the baby is “a healthy 7 pound, 2 ounce girl.”

This will be the sixth child for the 68-year-old De Niro. He has twin boys with ex-girlfrend Toukie Smith and two children from previous relationships, one being ex-wife, Diahnne Abbott.

De Niro and Hightower, 56, met in 1987 and married ten years later. After hitting a rough patch, the pair managed to reconcile and renew their vows in front of friends and family at a romantic ceremony back in 2004.
