When Drew Brees broke Dan Marino's record for yards passing in a single season on Monday night against the Falcons, several folks in the sports world immediately took to Twitter to applaud the Saints' quarterback.
Brees, who went into the game with 4,780 yards, made history in the fourth quarter by throwing a 9-yard touchdown pass to Darren Sproles to break Marino's longstanding mark of 5,084.
