Karlie Kloss: A Look Back At The Model's Major Moments Of 2011 (PHOTOS)

PHOTOS: Karlie Kloss's Biggest Moments Of 2011

2011 was not, by any means, Karlie Kloss' breakout year. The teen model was discovered in 2005, signed by Elite Models in 2007 and dominated Vogue -- booking the most editorials of the year -- in 2009.

But 2011 was the year Karlie truly arrived. Having turned 18 in the latter half of 2010, Karlie was finally able to take on more adult gigs in 2011: her first-ever topless shoot, a very sexy cover for Vogue Italia and a coveted spot in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Whereas before she was described as a surprising young phenom, Karlie is now an established runway staple, one of modeling's most ubiquitous faces. This past fall, Karlie booked a whopping 34 shows and was Paris Fashion Week's most in-demand model, opening Blumarine, Jean Paul Gaultier and John Galliano and closing Christian Dior (with her bare bum on display for all the world to see).

But the St. Louis model also established herself off the runway, scoring a Donna Karan ad campaign, landing numerous covers, posing for red carpet photo opps and even getting swept up in one of the biggest fashion controversies of the year (luckily, she came away blameless and unscathed).

But the real indicator Karlie made it in 2011? She got her very own "is she dating a Jonas brother?" rumor. If that's not a sign you've arrived, we don't know what is.

Below, take a look back at the runway turns, magazine covers, ad campaigns and fashion moments that defined Karlie Kloss' amazing 2011.
