What better way to ring in the New Year than a Kate Moss cover?

The British supermodel, who scored at least a dozen covers in 2011, has debuted her third cover of 2012 -- and the year hasn't even begun.

Marie Claire South Africa chose Moss as its December/January cover girl, as did Vogue Paris (the memorable David Bowie look) and Madison Australia, which put Moss in a pool for what is actually a summer issue.

For Marie Claire South Africa, Moss dons a feminine red dress with her hair long and loose. Photographed by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, Moss looks young as ever, although she'll be celebrating her 38th birthday this January.

Shes has a certain 'something" and 'It' factor that is unique.I saw her in person on the streets in New York and she was actually stunning in real life.And, oddly innocent looking.You would never know she did drugs or smoked..genetic good fortune.And she wore no make up.However her hair is not that thick so thank God for extensions..and a great hairdresser.

Kate Moss, like Lauren Hutton before her, is the embodiment of the moment. She has a lovely face that morphs into all kinds of moods. But more than that she just seems to be the essence of this period of time in fashion and morals and sexuality and spirit. It's the X factor I guess. She has it in spades.

Honestly, there's no one quite like Kate Moss. There are models I find sexier, or whatever. But Kate Moss is truly unique, an original, one of a kind.
