Rashad Hannibal Jackson Accused Of Uploading Sex Tape With 14-Year-Old Girl To Fake Facebook Profile

Angry because she "dissed" him, police say a Miami man uploaded a video of himself having sex with an underaged girl to a fake Facebook page he created, as first reported by NBCMiami.

20-year-old Rashad Hannibal Jackson had consensual sex with the girl in the summer of 2009 when he was 17 and she was 14, according to the police report. He allegedly recorded the encounter without her consent, and stashed the video file on his computer.

Last month, telling friends he wanted to get back at the girl for some perceived slight, police say he created a fake profile and uploaded the video.

"He requested that they upload and share the 'sextape' because the victim had 'dis' him and he wanted to 'blast' the video throughout Facebook," wrote an arresting officer.

Jackson remains in Miami-Dade's Knight Correctional Center on $27,500 bond, charged with lewd and lascivious battery, using a child in a sexual performance and promoting sexual performance by a child, according to online inmate records.

You cannot distribute child pornography period no matter the age of the child pornographer! Also, he was 17 and she was 14. There is an age gap that comes into play when the teens are not of the same age. A 14-year-old is a child be it male or female and should never been lured into a sex act with a 17 year old male or female! I hope he receives the maximum penalty permitted by law!
