NeNe Leakes On 'Glee': Wendy Williams Wonders If Role Could Take Her To 'Housewives Of Beverly Hills' (VIDEO)

"The Wendy Williams Show" (weekdays on Fox) was on its holiday hiatus when "Real Housewivese of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes was cast as swim-coach Roz Washington on "Glee." So on Friday, Williams took the opportunity to update her audience on the news and wonder if the role might lead Leakes to join a different iteration of "Real Housewives."

Citing a National Enquirer report, Williams speculated that Leakes' new guest-gig could spell the end of her time on the Atlanta edition of "Housewives." "They're saying that NeNe can't wait to use her new "Glee" success against the other 'Housewives.' You guys, reportedly she wants to give a big fat goodbye to the ladies in Atlanta, especially Sheree and Kim," Wendy said. It's a good point; the prospect of the already combative Leakes somehow acquiring more self-confidence must have the other "Housewives" shaking in their boots.

Williams went on to suggest that so long as Williams is headed out to the West Coast, maybe she should just join "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." "I would love to see how NeNe gets along with [Lisa] Vanderpump," she joked. That would be an excellent first step toward creating a "Housewives" All Stars cast, which would be the epitome of drama-filled reality TV.

As if Kyle Richards is the postchild for composure.Brandi and Kim carry themselves like Jerry Springer's missing two vital guest. The Atlanta version isn't any worst then New York, New Jersey, Beverly Hills or Orange County.

Don't deflect your own selfloatheing issues on the poor cast of this show. I would like to say that I too have issues with the representation of "THE BLACK MAN" on television. I think their always overly aggressive and sexually suggestive,their incapable of loyalty to their spouse and are dead-beat dads. That's the image I have of black men in my personal life as well as on television{scripted and reality}. I hate when I hear a grown black man claim a "reality show character" ruined his view of millions of black women. Brotha please! I love my black, strong, confident men inspite of a television character,a relative or even you.

Thanks girl for breaking it down to this fool. Ignorance is bliss, he is obviously a blissful person. I too hate when some brothas think they need to demean us just because they want to date others. the women of housewives of atlanta are disgusting. especially this fool. if ever their was a show that would cause me to shoot my tv, housewives of atlanta is it. after watching that show, the last women in the World i would want to marry would be a Black woman. don't get me wrong, the other housewives shows are just as bad, but, by being a Black man, the atlanta show and the women on it, makes me want to hurl.
