Ryan Seacrest: No Comment On 'Today,' But Can't Imagine Life Without 'American Idol'

Ryan Seacrest: Can't Imagine Life Without 'Idol'

Is Ryan Seacrest's TV future still up in the air?

The "American Idol" host told reporters at the Television Critics Association winter press tour that he can't comment on the rumors that he's heading for NBC's "Today," which surfaced earlier in December.

He did, however, hint that he is devoted to the Fox reality singing competition show. "I can't imagine life without 'American Idol,'" he said, according to a tweet from TV Guide.

When Seacrest was asked if he'd consider hosting NBC's "The Voice," he brought his point home, according to another TV Guide tweet. "I only see myself hosting 'Idol,'" he told reporters.

Mike Darnell, Fox's president of alternative entertainment, added, "Our expectation is that Ryan will stay with the show," according to TV Line's Matt Mitovich via Twitter.

Time will tell if that expectation is upheld, but Seacrest seems to think he can handle it all. "I like to juggle balls ... Career balls," he joked to reporters, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Lacey Rose via Twitter.
