'Family Guy': Crazy Girls At 'Teen Choice Awards'

For Meg's 18th birthday on "Family Guy" (Sun., 9 p.m. EST on Fox), Seth MacFarlane decided to brutally mock Fox's own "Teen Choice Awards" by having the Griffins attend. There, he ripped into the very existence of the show, while at the same time establishing quite clearly that it's a show for a specific demographic.

That demographic was represented in the audience as the teen girls in attendance kept screaming with every celebrity named, even the ones Brian didn't know -- like all the variations on the name "Chad." And then, inexplicably, Wilford Brimley was the first presenter. Predictably he was grouchy and finally started shooting down the night's first musical guest because it was all too loud.

This was all to set up the fact that Meg, now 18, is a legal target for Quagmire. So he spent the entire episode trying to sleep with her while Peter and Lois argued over how to properly handle that as parents. It'll be interesting if Meg being 18 will be relevant at any point beyond this one. Or if Quagmire truly stops trying to pursue her now that he's been properly chastised and threatened by Peter and Meg.

Find out as "Family Guy" Season 10 continues on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. EST on Fox.
