Renee Graziano Has Advice For People Considering Plastic Surgery (VIDEO)

As seen on her show "Mob Wives," Renee Graziano's experience with plastic surgery turned into a battle for her life. After such a harrowing experience, it was no surprise that when she was a guest on "Anderson" (Weekdays, Syndicated) she advised others seeking plastic surgery: "Don't waste your money."

She has previously admitted that she did it because she was looking for instant gratification, certainly a common mentality in this instant information age. Patience is a trait that is in short supply these days, which could be why, as Anderson Cooper said, "Some folks are spending more on the pre-wedding plastic surgery than they are on the actual wedding."

"Go to the gym, exercise, eat right, and just know what -- just really consciously and mentally know what you're doing," Graziano said. Sometimes it's worth the wait to get the sought-after results after putting in the time and work to do it the right way, instead of always looking for the quick way.

"Go to the gym, exercise, eat right" This is good advice, along with getting enough rest and balancing work and play. A subtle adjustment, done by a skilled plastic surgeon, won't provide "instant gratification" but, in time, can improve a patients overall well-being. And the best plastic surgery work is that which appears natural, rather than exaggerated.

First of all, this stupid woman caused her own injuries, she ripped out her own staples and stitches by trying to sit up in the recovery room. then she has the nerve to try to sue the doctor. Now she's going to tell people after the fact, to stay away from plastic surgery? She's a mess!

Een if you see someone else's fantastic results, don't think that you will be so lucky. I had reconstructive surgery and have lived with constantly interrupted sleep for years from it. Even though done by the department head, and so board certified in everything, my results are disgusting. The patient that I saw had absolutely beautiful results, I was not so blessed. I went from having an absolutely beautiful body to chest deformity that really looks bad. So, beware, there are no guarantees.

no I will not have any more surgeries. Breast ca, long time ago, just every breath that i take I can feel the damn surgery.

Hello lilliefaerie; Wow. I hope you don't require more surgery. People forget Michael Jackson had reconstructive surgery. I guess the best money could buy. But JESUS CHRIST. I wonder what really was goin' on in Mike's head. Shucks, I saw what was goin' on in Mike's head. But I will say a prayer for you and hope all turns out well. Life.
