Brooke Mueller Offered No Plea Deal In Assault, Cocaine Possession Case

Brooke Mueller Headed To The Slammer

After Brooke Mueller was arrested in early December for assaulting a woman at an Aspen nightclub, the actress has yet to be offered a plea deal, according to Radar Online. Although Mueller is currently enrolled in a residential treatment program, if convicted, she could face up to seven years in jail.

"No deal has been discussed," Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told Radar. "A motion to continue the arraignment to March 5 was filed."

At the time of Mueller's Dec. 2 arrest, officers also found cocaine on her person, escalating her charges to assault in the third degree and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

"No one can get through to her," a source told HuffPost Celeb after her arrest. "Not her parents. Not Charlie. Even the thought of losing her twins isn't enough to keep her sober."

Radar reports that Mueller's attorneys are hoping her enrollment in the treatment facility will put Charlie Sheen's ex-wife in a positive light when it comes to the judge's verdict or offering of a deal.

Brooke will serve roughly 45 days in rehab treatment before being released.
