'Brokelandia' Does Brooklyn Version Of Hit IFC Show 'Portlandia' (VIDEO)

WATCH: A Brooklyn Version of 'Portlandia'

Portlandia may as well have been set in Brooklyn--the bike snobs, the twee artisans, the bands-- so it's no surprise to see Brokelyn put together "Brokelandia," a Brooklyn-based version of the hit IFC show.

The first video in the series focuses on food in a namedropping battle of the borough's favorite hipster hangouts (foie gras donuts at Do or Dine, special chef's menu at Roberta's, single-origin pour over ice-brew from Blue Bottle etc...) and is modeled after Portlandia's hilarious "Did you read it?" sketch: :

Pretty spot on. Any important places Brokelyn forgot? Pies n' Thighs maybe? Or a shoutout to the bacon marmalade pizza at Paulie Gee's?

At any rate, it will be interesting to see what the next video in the series will be. An Occupy Williamsburg meeting at Union Pool maybe? The Rock n' Roll playground? There's so much ripe for parody!
