College 101 (PHOTO)

What really happens in college classes? Reddit member rivalxshowxtime seems to have an idea.

The original photo is actually pretty old, taken at the Missouri School of Journalism in way back in 2007 (yes they still had laptops back then in the good ol' days).

The class segmentation seems to be pretty accurate, except he maybe missed the odd "taking a nap" or "sleeping it off" student in the back.

I went to college before notebook computers. I have found at technical conferences that taking notes on a paper pad and then transcribing / filling out the notes into a summary results in very effective notes and in the process of expanding my notes I am likely to notice things that I had missed during the meeting.
