Maybe, in this one instance, Annie would have done better to leave things to play out for themselves on "90210" (Tue., 8 p.m. EST on The CW). Vanessa finally decided to come clean to Liam about being the one who hit him. She'd told the police it was a hit and run, but she explained she had to do that because of trouble with the law in her past.
"So you're on the run from the police, you almost kill me, and you-- You what? Brought me here to finish the job?" he asked incredulously. He was about to storm off in anger, when Annie showed up to try and bury Vanessa. Instead, she got Liam thinking about her own shady behavior.
She admitted to tracking him via the GPS on his motorcycle, and digging into Vanessa's past on the Internet. "You Internet-stalked Vanessa and you tracked me?" Liam said, shocked by the second woman in as many minutes. "That's nuts!"
Finally, he laid it out for her. "You're not my responsibility anymore, Annie. And I'm not yours." With this turn of events, he found himself in a pitying mood toward Vanessa. Annie's scheme backfired, pushing him further from her and at least somewhat back toward Vanessa.
The drama unfolds on "90210," Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on The CW.
