'Billy On The Street' Preview: Rachel Ray Hatin' & World's Worst Boyfriend (VIDEO)

Half pop culture game show, half social experiment, "Billy On The Street" actually reveals a lot about what people on the streets of New York City are thinking.

And -- you guessed it -- most people are not what you'd call "normal."

Take the preview above highlighting some of this week's episode's most eccentric I mean contestants. First up is a girl who isn't really pop culture-savvy enough for Billy, but they soon find common ground hating on their least favorite Food Network star, Rachel Ray. Fun!

The last interviewee, however, is in a league of his own (and we will call that league, "terrible men"). His rant about the ideal woman (all butt, no brains) isn't exactly hilarious -- that is, until Billy chimes in with what we're all thinking at the end.
