Patrick McEnroe Gaffe: Tennis Announcer Drops F-Bomb During Australian Open (VIDEO)

Tennis Announcer Drops F-Bomb On Air During Australian Open

You've got to be kidding me!

Tennis announcer Patrick McEnroe, brother of John, seemingly forgot his microphone was on while calling a quarterfinal Australian Open match between Andy Murray and Kei Nishikori.

McEnroe apparently wanted to get a closer look at a drop shot that Murray had completed, but was unable to because a ball boy was obstructing his view. This prompted him to utter and expletive on live television to express his frustration.

This has certainly been a banner week when it comes to athletes and announcers saying inappropriate things. On Friday, boxing judge Chuck Giampa cussed within the first fifteen seconds of his television debut. And not one, but two separate athletes resorted inappropriate language in dealing with ESPN analyst Skip Bayless.
