As if the case of a big-bootied fake doctor who allegedly injected her patients' buttocks with cement, mineral oil and flat-tire sealant isn't uber-Miami enough, the assistant accused of helping perform the botched beauty treatment was attacked Wednesday night during the taping of a Spanish-language talk show.

South Florida's 'toxic tush' case was being discussed on the Telemundo talk show 'Cristina' Wednesday night in suburban Miami when according to accused accomplice Corey Eubank, the mother of one of the bad butt injection victims left the audience area, picked up a syringe on the stage for a future demonstration, and attacked him, scratching him across the face. (Watch video of the attack above.)

“My face has a mark on it,” Eubank, 40, told the Miami Herald, “and my head is killing me.” It is not yet clear if charges will be filed, the Herald reports.

Eubank is accused of helping 30-year-old fake doc Oneal Ron Morris coordinate the bad beauty treatments, which resulted in life-threatening injuries for one woman who paid $700 for a curvier body in 2010. What she got instead, according to police, was painful injections of fix-a-flat and superglue that required multiple surgeries to correct.

Police say even more victims have come forward, including one who appeared on 'Cristina' alongside Eubank. Morris, who was born a man but identifies as a woman, and Eubank have been charged with practicing medicine without a license and are slated to appear in court in April.
