Nobu Matsuhisa, Renowned Chef, To Headline A Crystal Cruise

Take A Foodie Cruise With Nobu

Known for his high-end fusion cuisine, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa is now branching out to the high seas. The Japanese chef will be headlining a May sailing of the Crystal Serenity.

Onboard, Matsuhisa will serve as Executive Chef in Silk Road and the Sushi Bar, his restaurant with the cruise line, according to a company press release. He will also host cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, sign cookbooks and take pictures with guests.

Matsuhisa is the chef behind the Nobu and Matsuhisa restaurants, which can be found around the globe in locations like Aspen, the Bahamas, New York, Las Vegas and Mykonos. His Japanese-Peruvian fusions have been available onboard the Symphony and Serenity for a few years.

The 12-day western European cruise will depart from Dover, England on May 24. Ports of call include Lisbon, Monte Carlo, Gibraltar, Florence and Rome. Cabins start at $3,955 per person.
