Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry: Parenting Classes & Counseling Recommended In Custody Battle (REPORT)

The bitter custody battle over Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's three-year-old daughter Nahla continues.

RadarOnline reports the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services is recommending that Berry and Aubry take parenting classes, while TMZ has learned that they are recommending that their daughter go into counseling.

The former couple are back in court with Halle trying to strip her ex-boyfriend of visitation rights after their daughter's nanny filed a police report, alleging that Aubry pushed the nanny into a door while she held Nahla in her arms, and is now being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery charges.

According to TMZ, Berry and Aubrey met with DCFS on Friday, and social workers recommended that Aubrey take anger management classes, and sources say he agreed. Sources also tell the website that social workers recommended that Nahla be taken to counseling.

Meanwhile sources for RadarOnline say DCFS has written an extensive report that recommends no changes in custody be made, but that Berry and Gabriel attend parent classes together, so they can learn how to co-parent their three-year-old.

Berry and Aubry are due in court on Monday morning where Judge Scott Gordon will review the recommendations and rule as to whether there should be any changes to the current custody agreement.

Call it for what it is!
Child support is linked to custodial time and your child with Aubrey is his meal ticket. He has lawyered up and will smear you, as you attempt to protect your child. Aubrey’s lawyer will teach him what to do and say, you will be accused of parental alienation and looked at with suspicion of ulterior motives.

You will not only pay large sums through the nose to your ex, but the court will force you to pay the "cottage industry" that surrounds and feeds off the courts and unsuspecting litigants, made up of experts that can't wait to get their hands on you and your child.

First, there will be a recommenda tion for therapy for your daughter, you, and Aubrey. There will anger management , parenting classes, forensic child custody evaluators , minors’ counsels, visitation monitors and an endless list of experts to pay. These experts will never manage to get to the truth, because it does not benefit them to solve cases, it pays big time to churn your case till your child ages out of the system. That’s 15 years and millions!

Sorry, you and your child are in the jaws of the FL Court. You will be forced to work very hard to support Aubrey as he, his lawyers, and court appointees make their careers by taking your baby away from you. Sounds unbelievab le, but it happens every day in the Family Law Courts of this nation.

What's all the Halle-hate about? No one here knows either of them but I find it odd and disconcerting that people are sticking up for someone who's been accused of child endangerment without evidence. His own friends have come forth to say he was angry and abusive. I would expect people to want him to be investigated in case he is actually guilty since a child's safety is at stake. Plus, there's nothing to gain for falsely accusing him; if anything she has everything to lose given her public status.

I do not think this is about race...this about two parents fighting over their parental rights of a child. When you separate and have child custody issues, emotions become a factor. Anger is one of them...unless you have been through this as I have, 15 years ago....then you cannot relate about what these two parents are going through. As for the pushing and words that were said during the altercation, it is all hearsay. It is the nanny's word against the fathers word. You need to remember the nanny works for Berry, and she will protect her employer. As for AWAKI, I don't think you have ever been in this situation, so you CANNOT relate!!!

Halle, it's bad enough you make crappy choices in men; now you go and have to join the "celebrity let's have a baby out of wedlock". Of course you chose a slim ball and bring an innocent child into the world, and now she's going to counseling. Mark my words people, in about 10 years this child will be acting the fool because she's being raised by 2 jacked up people. I know some people in the biz and they say that Halle is a complete idiot and it's hidden well.

I love Halle as an actress, I think she is one of the most beautiful women ever, But I think she has some deep seated issues. This is just my opinion, but I think she is mean, and self centered. I hope she and Gabby get the help they need, for them and for their child. There is just something not quite right about Halle, I hope Im wrong.

I'm glad the court suggested to have both parents attend counseling together. Seems like they need to be in a room with a mediator in order to learn how to talk to each other (face to face). I hope they learn they are only hurting their daughter trying to get back at each other. Stop using the child to get your point across.

Their is no proof he did anything to the nanny. It's all hearsay. She works for Halle and can say anything she wants,she has to prove it. Halle will do anything and everything so that her daughter is taken from her father. She's a jealous diva. The child in all pictures seems very happy and obviously loves her father. She will certainly grow up to hate her mother in time if Halle keeps it up. I'll side with the father over her anyday.

This isn't the first abusive man Halle has been involved with which makes me suspect the charges against Aubry are true. Can't they revoke his parental rights if he's accused of endangering his daughter's welfare? I would think that if you're ordered into anger management that should be enough to legally limit his access to his daughter.

Only problem is that there was never any proof of abuse among her exes. David Justice denied ever touching her and no police reports came out of their marriage. Eric Benet cheated and went to sex addict rehab (later saying he went to save his marriage), now this guy who has always seemed to keep his cool while cameras are in his face is supposedly a bad guy.

Are you saying that you suspect that she was never abused or that she did I poor job of keeping records? Many abused women don't file reports. And if you're in Halle's position, a major movie star, it's even harder to go forward. Also, I just don't see that point of making false claims in her position.
