Technically every human has "traveled" in time. Simply being at a higher elevation will cause a person to have time tick faster. Mind you, to such a small degree that it really is irrelevant.

Never time traveled, but have seen into the future hundreds of time. Have changed the future many times. Only changed the past once, though. I don't expect anyone to believe me on my word alone, and can't prove it, but I know it.
I think it runs in families, since Mom and Dad had some pretty weird experiences as well. Mom read minds -- didn't tell people about it, and didn't try to make money off of it, but rather kept it secret, for the most part. Dad told me things about my future that have all come true. In WW II all of his buddies died, but he managed to survive. He was considered lucky.

We are all time travelers. It would be harder to not travel through time.
