National Signing Day: Dorial Green-Beckham, Mario Edwards And Top Football Recruits Choose Colleges (VIDEO)

Where Did The Top High School Football Recruits Sign?

Although the college football season culminates with the BCS National Championship Game in January the competition among upper-echelon schools doesn't let up for a few more weeks. After the national champion lifts its trophy, the coaches and fans turn their attention away from the field. Instead of scratching and clawing for every yard on the field, it becomes time to smile and cajole for every high school recruit.

Although many top prospects declared their school of choice prior to February 1st (the first day in which high school seniors are allowed to sign their letter of intent), this year's National Signing Day was not short on intrigue.

Wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, considered the top offensive recruit in the nation, ended what was a wide-open recruiting process by ultimately signing with the flagship school inside his home state, the University of Missouri.

Meanwhile, top-rated defensive end Mario Edwards decided to follow in his father's footsteps by attending Florida State, who ended up with a massive haul of talent on the day.

Here are consensus top 25 recruits in the nation based on an aggregation of rankings and the school's where they will be taking their respsective talents.

Vote below on which recruits do you think will end up living up to their potential and who will be a bust:
