Terry Jones, Quran-Burning Pastor, Announces Planned Return To Dearborn

Dearborn Patch:

Nearly one year to the day since his plan to host a protest in front of Dearborn's Islamic Center of America was thwarted, anti-Islamic pastor and Florida politician Terry Jones said he is coming back.

Jones, who is most famously known for his public burning of the Muslim holy book the Quran, announced on Feb. 1 that he will hold a demonstration on April 7 in front of Dearborn's largest mosque.

I am stunned to see the support of this wacko Christian extremist.... pot calling the kettle black. He is targeting Muslims, as if he is on a crusade for Christ. His actions are not helping the cause he claims, but trying to create draw attention to himself only. I do not believe his actions are due to his faith, but his own ego and desire for fame and money.

When will people learn from history that people use religion to start wars, killing innocent people, and promoting discrimination. I hate what the extremist Muslims believe in, as much as I do Christian extremist, yet we are being swarmed by them.

Believe it or not, not all Muslims are extremist. Muslim Americans are facing the same discrimination as the Japanese Americans, German Americans, Korean Americans, and other groups that have been in war with the U.S.

Terry Jones is one of the the few that publicly is talking about the threat of radical Islam and the deception of the so called "peaceful religion" which proofs itself many many time to be a violent political force. You would almost think people who blame Jones for murdering innocent Americans are on the side of Islam. Dr. Jones is speaking up for the oppressed, even for the Muslims who are being tortured and killed by their own. You can see that everywhere. We should all join Dr. Jones in his work and not go against him. If we remember who we are and someone before us once fought for the freedom we are still enjoying now, we should protect it together with Jones. Anything else does not make sense.

On the day Terry Jones last planned to protest at the ICA the police provided security and accommodated cars and buses that came to counter-protest...but threw Terry Jones in jail. Clearly, the political pressure Islam exerts in Dearborn is extreme. And it is all over America. Terry Jones is a Champion of Freedom.
