Galassia Flowers Creates Glow In The Dark Flowers (PHOTOS)

Flowers That...Glow In The Dark?

These luminescent flowers may seem like something out of the movie Avatar, but they're happening right here on earth--in Australia to be exact. Professor Mark Tester of Galassia Flowers, along with a team of local Adelaide scientists, developed an incredible (and, unfortunately secret!) formula that makes flowers glow like a mysterious galaxy of stars. To make the petals fluoresce, you just need to spritz the formula and turn on the Galassia illumination device.

We've always loved flowers for exactly what they are -- beautiful and natural creations -- so we're not sure how we think about this new invention. Incredibly cool? Yes. Totally eye-catching? Yes. Something we'll try at home? Not so sure.
