James O'keefe broke no laws. This is just wishful thinking on the left!

Only inquiries were made to see if dead people remained on the list.
Making inquiries about names that shouldn't be on the list is not illegal!

This is fact!

So sorry

Watch the video closely and see for yourself!

And why are you so bothered by O'Keefe to the point to lash out that way in a post? Is it because he's revealing too much for you to handle?
11:52 AM on 02/04/2012
Send him to Indiana - the state's Election Chief was just convicted of voter fraud.

1---TRUE journalists do NOT attempt to engage in what is considered to be illegal activity, in order to create a story. This guy is no more a journalist than Mickey Mouse.

2---As the primary article points out, to request ballots illegally is a crime. All of his so called undercover operatives committed crimes, and should be prosecuted. And as the head of this activity, he should be prosecuted under the RICO act.

With all due respect to New Hampshire, this belongs under Holder, and out of the Louisiana AGs, who dropped the ball there due to influence peddling.

"As the primary article points out, to request ballots illegally is a crime"

Yet no one can cite the law to prove this point. Can you?

Indiana Code 3-14-2

http://www.in.gov/legislative/ic/2010/title3/ar14/ch2.html

You didn't REALLY think that there was no statute, did you? NOBODY is that naive.

Oops, too much Republican malfeasance. I confused Indiana's recent inanity with New Hampshire.

Here are the New Hampshire statutes.

If his goal is to deter voter fraud he should hope the give him an enormous fine and some jail time. That would really help his cause!

One can only hope it's INTO jail.

Not counting his prior acts. He is on probation for tampering with phone lines at Democratic U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu's office inside a federal building trying to illegally wiretap her. He should have done time for that. This time he broke local and federal laws. He should go to prison for a very long time. While being on probation and performing more illegal activity he should spend the rest of his 3 year probation behind bars during which they can try him for these crimes. This man is a menace to society.

Your ignorance is astounding. O'Keefe is on probation for entering federal property under false pretenses.

James O'Keefe has been lucky up to now, but the more deranged he becomes the more he will do to try and make his point.

It's only a matter of time before he crosses a line that his friends and donors will not be able to save him.

Maybe this is the one, time will tell.

No thread here yet but Indiana Secretary of State found guilty on 6 of 7 charges of election fraud. Head fraudster Mitch Daniels says he is going to appoint. Court has said that because SOS was inelligible 2nd most votes wins. So Daniels is going to double down on the fraud. Republicans = election fraud!!!

Correct!!

"White is currently facing criminal charges stemming from the voter fraud allegations. In Indiana, the secretary of state also serves as the chief elections official. The court order requires the state's Recount Commission to void White's 2010 election certification..."

WRONG.

Judge Rosenberg put a stay the ruling while the Indiana Supreme Court decides whether to consider an appeal of his decision.

Clearly, you do not know the facts.

1) The court stayed it's order, thus it does not apply at this time.

2) Under Indiana law, if the Sec of State is found guilty of a felony, then the Governor appoints the replacement.

Governor Daniels is well within his rights to appoint a new Sec of State.

James O'Keefe apparently thinks he is either a member of the legitimate media or a performance artist (he's neither). He's a person who tries to intimidate by the presence of himself and/or his camera. If he violated election law, he should be prosecuted. BTW - isn't he supposed to be under house arrest?

Funny I thought we paid the FBI to investigation for criminal behavior. When did we elect this guy. Trying to commit voter fraud by stealing an identity. Every day on Rush and Hannity they are warning about what they consider the biggest crime in America , Identity Theft and promoting this company that prevents it.
