The Tea "Party" has caused its own extinction in record time due to sheer ignorance and fanatacism.  This so-called "Tea Party Darling" was met with the sound of crickets and is oblivious to the fact that she's more irrelevant than The Auto Show Model from Alaska.

. I know that the tea party has purity requirements for the candidates they back, but they don’t do a very good job of vetting their candidates.

My dog could have beat Harry Reed in Nevada in the 2010 election cycle. Angle is not a good speaker and does not deliver her positions very well. She never should have been chosen to oppose Reed or anyone else.

How can she endorse a man who barely cracked double digit in the voting % and expect anything else? Did she really believe that a man who has at this point only wracked up 2 delegates is going to somehow miraculously pull out a victory?

Her endorsement of him just simply goes to show you she has a total lack of viability as a candidate or an elected official and that she has absolutely no ability to make rational decisions.

Don't you just know that after the event was over and she was on her way home she turned to her husband and said with a smile...."hey that went a lot better than I thought it would, I think I've got enough support to win the senate seat this time around."

Her kind of ignorance is not only surprising....it's also dangerous.

Ms. Angle needs to wake up to the fact that the GOP base (read tea party) has moved on to the next shiny object and/or come the realization that she is nutz, not that that seems to be a disqualification for them as long as the "ideology" is pure. The same thing has happened to Palin even though she is arguably more attractive than Angle. In fact, the only reason Palin has any presence in the media at all these days is because she plays a prominent role in Roger Ailes' fantasy life.
