Michele Bachmann Names Chase Kroll To Run Re-Election Campaign

MINNEAPOLIS -- Rep. Michele Bachmann has named Chase Kroll to run her campaign for a fourth term in the U.S. House.

Kroll was political director for Bachmann's 2010 campaign, a 13-point victory over Democrat Tarryl Clark. He also worked on her 2008 campaign.

Kroll most recently worked as a legislative adviser in Bachmann's Washington office.

He joins just as another staffer, Andy Parrish, departs. Parrish worked on Bachmann's presidential campaign last year before eventually rejoining her congressional staff as a special projects coordinator.

No Democrats have announced plans to run against Bachmann pending new redistricting maps expected later this month.

Andy Parrish was with Bachmann since 2005! AND helped her win President of Iowa by moving his entire family to IOWA.

Bachmann has the 5th WORST Staff retention in Congress at 29%, MN06 can't we FIRE HER?

Don't count on the right wingers in MN06 voting her out. The 6th district of MN is a hot bed of right wing bigotry. Read the article about teen suicides in the district in the latest Rolling Stone magazine article. Our only hope is redistricting.

A view from across the pond : What a strange name Chase Kroll, mind you she is a very STRANGE LADY. Anybody for this woman need a psychiatric check, and dear Michelle sits on the Intelligence Committee, now that is very IRONIC. She wanted to close the Embassy in Iran which had been closed for 30 years some INTELLIGENCE !!!!

If the people in her (new?) district have been conscious for the last year, I don't think she really needs an opponent. She will lose regardless.

She is the gop representative of a heavily gerrymandered district. No democrat will ever be elected in this district. It's nothing personal its her vote that matters. They will elect bull winkle the moose as long as he is a republican. The only way she's leaving is if she decides to go or she looses in a primary challenge to another republican with a better pedigree and more money to contribute to the cause. Citizens United might just be her undoing as well. It's a two edged sword.
