Mitt Romney Skips Questions

Posted: 02/ 6/2012 1:56 pm

The Washington Post:

LAS VEGAS — Mitt Romney answered his last question from a voter three weeks ago, and just about every day since then, he has swept through towns across America like a whistling train conductor proclaiming, “All aboard.”

It's worth remembering that no one has ever been elected to the White House without winning his home state. Never. Not once. Not only does Romney have zero chance of carrying Massachusetts, but he left the Corner Office at the State House in 2006 as the most unpopular governor - ever. His Lt. Governor, and anointed successor - Ke.rr.y Healy - lost by a HUGE margin (to one of Obama's good friends, no  Read More...

What voters? What questions? Who me?

In the mean time, bankrupt American Airlines hires Romney's Bain Capitol at $1100 per hour to advise them to fire 13,000 people. Oh the joy.

He knows better than to expose himself to anyone who actually knows anything.

A gaffe to the Romney campaign means letting him say what he really thinks.

Perhaps the people that support him don't have any questions? It could happen. Or perhaps they're happier not asking.

Romney's says he's not a flip-flopper or a sychopant, he simply changed his mind, became more conservative over the past...year.

Okay, people get to live and learn, but his timing is more than suspect.

I'm not the only voter who thinks that no matter what I ask him, he's going to tell me what I want to hear.

Christen O'Donnell has endorsed Romney " because once he changes his mind, he sticks to his principles.". (Dumn and Dummer...)

Answer questions, Mitt. What could go wrong? Every voter isn't Soledad O'Brien.

I don't understand how can a major Presidental candidate get away with not answering questions from the voters? Romney has not answered questions in three weeks...unbelievable. Well maybe I understand why he has not answered questions in weeks, the reason is the Republican voters do not have real policy questions anyway. Do you believe in Jesus Christ? Please Republicans you can ask better questions than that...okay maybe they can't. The Republicans voters are so pathetic they will support this corporate robot for President and not think twice about it. One more thing to the Republican voters go ahead and hop on the Romney propaganda train I'll stay off and vote for Obama.

Mister "Corporations Are People Too" has finally figured out that he has NO connection with the average American. His best bet is to simply be a pretty face, in an expensive suit, and hope he can ride an imaginary wave of voter dissatisfaction to victory. Hopefully, most of the American people have been listening, and already know that this guy is just a stooge for the Rich. He's the LAST thing we need in the White House - him or any other Republican.

One final note: A large part of the GOP base is Ultra Conservative Christians, and they have no tolerance for Mormons, Jews, Catholics, or anyone who isn't one of them. In view of this, I'm glad to see Romney being the apparent Nominee. He won't have a snowball's chance, and that is peachy with me.

Every time he speaks impromptu, he sticks his foot in it. He need a TelePrompTer in front of him at all times with someone sending him answers to keep hi, from highlighting and posting in neon his status as top 1% of the 1%, or the wonderful category where $370,000 is "not that much."
10:54 PM on 02/06/2012
Well, I guess Romney nor his crew will be making any silly teleprompter comments about President Obama during the coming weeks...I mean I hope he realizes he should never try to criticize anyone about using a teleprompter. He should never make a comment without one.
10:13 PM on 02/06/2012
Yeah he's figured out that he is most articulate when he doesn't say anything.
