Ryan Gosling and Albert Brooks may not have voiced any public complaints to the Academy, but Daniel Radcliffe isn't staying mum when it comes to "Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 2."

"I don't think the Oscars like commercial films, or kids' films, unless they're directed by Martin Scorsese," Radcliffe told the Radio Times (via The Guardian) of the director, who has been nominated for 8 Academy Awards and won one. "I was watching Hugo the other day and going, 'Why was this nominated and we're not?' I was slightly miffed."

The "Harry Potter" franchise only scored Oscar nominations for 6 out of the 8 films, all in technical or craft categories.

"There's a certain amount of snobbery," Radcliffe continued. "It's kind of disheartening. I never thought I'd care. But it would've been nice to have some recognition, just for the hours put in."

Radcliffe's anger with the Academy's "Deathly Hallows" snub could have been amplified by the "Potter" star's admiration for Gosling, who was also overlooked for his work in "Drive" and "The Ides Of March."

"This year I have a talent crush on Ryan Gosling," Radcliffe told Attitude Magazine. "I think he's fantastic... He seems smart. If I was gay, I would go for a smart man."
