'The Biggest Loser': One Team Loses Their Trainer, Fractures From Within (VIDEO)

Last week, it seemed like a lot of the blame for Adrian and Daphne's rough reception into the game could be laid at the feet of Conda and Kim on "The Biggest Loser" (Tue., 8 p.m. EST on NBC). This week, though, it could be narrowed down to Conda and Adrian himself. Kim was busy being Dolvett 2.0 in the wake of a challenge loss that saw the Red Team lose the trainer's services for the entire week.

With him gone, the former athlete stepped up as the new leader of the Red Team, developing tough routines based on Dolvett's training techniques. She kept the Red Team moving and competitive. But there was still division in the ranks, and at least two loudmouths who wouldn't stop talking. Adrian has been on the defensive since he got into the house, because he was immediately resented. But he's only made matters worse by running his mouth seemingly without thinking at all about what he's saying.

When Dolvett came back to them for the Last Chance Workout, he revealed that he'd been spying on them. He saw a lot that he liked, but he also saw a lot of complaining out of Conda, and a good deal of it about Adrian behind her back. Conda seems to be the kind of person who gets fuel from badmouthing other people. When she lost her initial target to elimination, she turned her attention to Adrian.

At the weigh-in, it was revealed that it is difficult to succeed without your trainer. The Red Team put up solid numbers, but they came up short against Bob's Black Team, and so they were sent to the elimination room. With Conda earning individual immunity, there was almost no reason to even go into that elimination room. Roy seemed the only one willing to give Adrian a chance, but Roy also doesn't seem to get involved in a lot of the gossip.

The final result was that after two weeks on the Ranch and never fitting in with his team, Adrian was sent home. They got rid of him the first chance they had. Conda's next target? Looking at the promos for the start of next week, it looks like it's going to be Adrian's sister, Daphne.
