'The Challenge: Battle Of The Exes': Aneesa Suffers Serious Injury During Challenge (VIDEO)

Lest anyone think "The Challenge: Battle of the Exes" (Wed., 10 p.m. EST on MTV) isn't a seriously tough competition, Aneesa took a hard hit into the water after missing a trivia challenge, and had to immediately make her way to the ambulance for stitches. She was bleeding from the mouth, shaken up, and had a few chipped teeth. It's a cautionary tale for people jumping into water to be sure they don't land face first.

Aneesa had little control of that, though, as she was catapulted after not knowing which supermodel Billy Joel had divorced. Proving how young she was, she guessed Kate Moss. The correct answer was Christie Brinkley.

Aneesa wasn't the only one injured this week, and for the second week in a row a couple was sent packing without being eliminated. This time it was Dustin and Heather after Dustin injured his knee, needing some stitches of his own.

For winning the challenge -- Aneesa's partner Rachel made it to the final round with her -- Dunbar and Paul sent the pairings of Ty/Emily and Leroy/Naomi into The Dome for the elimination face off. Leroy and Naomi didn't stand a chance, becoming the fourth couple in two episodes eliminated.
