Weekend To-Do: Valentine-Themed Storytelling, Naked Scavenger Hunts And Animal Mating Lectures

WASHINGTON -- The weekend of love is upon is! With Valentine's Day coming on next Tuesday, there's plenty of romantically-tinged events on tap for Saturday and Sunday.

Among them: A love-themed story-telling session courtesy of SpeakeasyDC, the Virginia Opera's production of "Orphee," in which a poet falls in love with Death, and the National Zoo's "Woo at the Zoo" event featuring mimosas, brownies and lectures on animal mating. Plus, a "naked" scavenger hunt -- but you have to keep your clothes on!

There are a couple non-Valentine's Day events, too, for people who are single and/or hate chocolate. Click through the below gallery to see what's up this weekend.
