One of my all time favorite shows and it's pure SIN that Hugh Laurie didn't win an Emmy for this role. The show's quality has suffered over the last couple of seasons, and I only wish they had ended it earlier and own their own terms. This one will go down as one of the greats, though.

Iam truley upset that house will be ending. My all time #1 favorite show. I'm 53 years old seen many shows, but this is really hurting me.

I have always been a fan of House but always found it hard to choose between it and the CBS lineup on Monday nights as I also like Two and a Half Men, but with Charlie Sheen's departure I stopped watching that show so it was a no-brainer again. I did not really grock this news until I recently saw that the next show was the Finale....I first thought it was the season finale but then did some web searches and am really shocked to find out that they are killing the show....real shame...especially given that Fox has nothing else worth seeing other than American Idol at most.

as I figured, it is not about the quality of the show, just how much they could squeeze on the bottom line. It is a shame, with such lame shows on their network, to let a good one go and hope that one of the new ones works

The show gave up on quality in season 7.
