John Besh Cooks Mardi Gras Feast On 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' (VIDEO)

Posted: 02/14/2012 9:35 am

New Orleans chef John Besh is never one to shy away from a party and Mardi Gras is pretty much the party of all parties. Besh appeared on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" last night to demonstrate how to make a big pot of crawfish. When Fallon starts asking questions, Besh tells Fallon to slow down and have a drink.

Watch Part 1:

He is one hell of a chef. His cookbooks are awesome and correct right to the last teaspoon.
