Babes At The New Museum Triennial (PHOTOS)

Babes At The Museum

Last night the New Museum kicked off its 2012 Triennial, "The Ungovernables." The Triennial will feature thirty-four artists, artist groups, and temporary collectives born between the mid-1970s and mid-1980s. The title references simultaneously anarchy, savagery and the organized civil disobedience of a generation that resists governability. The exhibition shows artists who came after the revolutionary buzz of the 1960s and 70s, and addresses the idea and limitations of resistance in art and life.

If you think the art sounds enticing, wait until you see the ladies who attended. The opening was ripe with all kinds of babes: intellectual babes, political babes, culturally relevant babes... Luckily Xavier Aaronson of Babes At The Museum was on hand to capture the best of the best. With her sartorialist-meets-ArtForum street style blog, babes everywhere have realized they don't have to hit the clubs to see and be seen!

What do you think of these new museum babes... or is it babes at the New Museum?

Ooooookay.

To complete the lamesauce, where's the piece on the "studs" at the museum?

This article is disgusting

But the postmodern ironic contrast between the ungovernable and the stated voyeurism of the shoot. Of course there was no one ungovernable after the sixties melted into the seventies. As I recall they were all meek and mild.

Someone needs glasses dude. Only 2 hotties in the bunch, the smoking hot Asian with the pink lips and the blonde at the end. The rest not worth noting or photographing.

The content of this article marks a new low for HP. This doesn't even qualify as "fluff".
