Matt Damon Fashion Week Appearance Surprises Everyone (PHOTOS)
As New York Fashion Week nears its final hours (or so we'd like to imagine... we're exhausted!), we've been scanning the scene and taking in some of the stranger sights. There have been some expected moments, like the inevitable models falling, and then some unexpected.
Our biggest surprise of Tuesday? Matt Damon. The 41-year-old actor snuck in at the last second to take a front row seat at Naeem Khan, joined by his stunning wife, Luciana Barroso.
Apparently it was Damon's first runway show ever, but he seemed fairly comfortable watching the glittering creations pass by (or stumble by, as the case may be -- the models were having issues with the heavy, long hemlines and clunky platform shoes).
Also attending the show were Kristin Chenoweth, Padma Lakshmi and Ahna O'Reilly of "The Help" along with Fashion Week regulars like Fern Mallis, Robert Verdi and Phillip Bloch.
But all eyes were on Damon and Barroso, who held hands and laughed together throughout. Maybe Damon's Valentine's Day gift was a first-time trip to Fashion Week? Or maybe his wife is in the market for a good evening gown? Naeem is always a reliable red carpet (or state dinner) pick.
Eh, who cares. We'll welcome Damon's cute face back to Fashion Week no matter what.
