WATCH: Justin Bieber Is This Team's Secret Weapon!

The stellar basketball team at Flower Mound Marcus High School has come up with an unusual -- but highly entertaining -- way to loosen up and have some team bonding time. These star players love to lip-synch and dance to Justin Bieber! Showing off their dance moves and lyric memorization skills in a recent video, the players gets down to the Bieber jam "Baby." The team -- ranked seventh among the nation's top basketball teams and the defending state champion of Texas --uses The Biebs to get in game mode. This might just be the best secret weapon we've seen!

Speaking of lip-synching and basketball, these hoops stars aren't the only high school students cranking out some awesome videos on these topics. A crop of other high schools have been showing the interwebs what they've got. Brethren Christian High School in California recently released footage of its 5'7" star basketball player Mamadou Ndiaye totally dominating the competition, while students at Palos Verdes High School showed off their school spirit and lip-synching skills in a video tour of their campus set to the tune of Nicki Minaj and Will.I.Am's "Check it Out".
