"In honor of Presidents Day,"

There is no such federal holiday. The holiday is Washington's Birthday.

go check the facts a little bit more. It was decided in the 1960s to put Washington and Lincolns birthday together as a national day because their b'days were so close. In 1999 a bill was introduced in the house and senate to bring back a separate day for George Washington, it did not go through.
Oh, and thanks for your input on empowering tips for women.

"go check the facts a little bit more."

I have. You are incorrect.

"It was decided in the 1960s to put Washington and Lincolns birthday together as a national day because their b'days were so close."

that is actually a myth. That never actually happened. There was an attempt to do so, but it never made it out of committee. See http://www.huffingtonpost.com/kenneth-c-davis/presidents-day-not_b_824585.html and http://www.snopes.com/holidays/presidents/presidentsday.asp

"In 1999 a bill was introduced in the house and senate to bring back a separate day for George Washington, "

Not quite. The bill was to make it mandatory for all federal angencies to use the official name for the holiday, which is still Washington's Birthday. See http://www.opm.gov/operating_status_schedules/fedhol/2012.asp
