'Jersey Shore': Will The Situation Settle Down With Paula? (VIDEO)

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has spent much of the last two "Jersey Shore" seasons isolated from his housemates and squabbling with Snooki over an off-screen hookup that she swears never happened. But on Thursday night's episode, The Situation finally finds a friend -- and possibly more -- in Paula, his long-time booty call. In this exclusive preview clip, they spend some quality, non-Karma time together, and the Situation actually thinks about settling down.

As they stand on the roof the house gazing out at the waves, Mike delivers his version of a romantic line. "So, three years in the making and we finally have a little date." Paula laughs and responds, "I don't know what that says, but ... "

It seems like they may be on the verge of an actual relationship. In a voiceover, Mike says, "I guess you'd have to say Paula is my main squeeze right now. She's definitely very, very cute, very, very sexy body, cool personality. I can't think of anything wrong, it's almost too good to be true." Later, she tells him, "You know how to make me feel like the only girl in a room with a million girls in it."

But lest anyone forget this is "Jersey Shore," after the rooftop romance, they retire to the bedroom for a smushin' session.
