'Top Chef: Texas': Cheftestants Have To Ski And Shoot In The Culinary Olympics (VIDEO)

Cheftestants Ski And Shoot In 'Top Chef: Texas' Culinary Olympics

The action shifted from Texas to Whistler, British Columbia as the "Top Chef: Texas" (Wed., 10 p.m. EST on Bravo) Final Four battled for a place in next week's Grand Finale in Vancouver.

Added to the immense pressures of getting their dishes right, the finalists also had the stress of competing in a culinary Olympiad, which saw Beverly and Sarah going head-to-head in a Winter Olympics biathlon.

That's right. The cheftestants had to cross-country ski and shoot at targets in order to obtain the ingredients they needed for the dish they had to cook at the end of the snowy ordeal.

Unlike Sarah, whose dad used to take her shooting at tin cans when she was a kid, a "really nervous" Beverly said that she'd never skied or fired a gun before.

"Top Chef" fans are used to cheftestants regularly throwing each other under the bus, but this was the first time anyone had fallen over on skis and tripped up their opponent.

Despite her lack of experience, Beverly won the shooting competition and gained an extra ingredient, but Sarah was close behind.

The "Top Chef: Texas" Finale airs Wednesday, February 22 at 10 p.m. EST on Bravo.
