Jennifer Aniston Wears Patterned (!) Dress To 'Wanderlust' Premiere (PHOTOS, POLL)

Oh, Jen. While we love you as an actress, we've sometimes jumped on the bandwagon in critiquing your red carpet choices for being too banal -- and usually too monochromatic.

March's InStyle cover girl even wore all black to her birthday party.

But Aniston, who turned 43 this week (but still looks, like, 25, right?) wore a PATTERN to the "Wanderlust" premiere on Thursday night In Westwood, Calif.

Though she kept her hair loose and simple, Jen opted for a black and white Tom Ford chevron-printed strapless sheath, a black clutch and black pumps as she posed next to co-star Paul Rudd and director Judd Apatow.

Yes, it's still black and white. But we think Jen looks pretty darn good.

She looks great as usual...but I don't see anything really new. The dress is tailored and simple...a little pattern but that is the only difference from what she usually wears.

This woman would look Beautiful wearing a burlap bag. You can't make anything that would make her look bad. She has tha All American Girl look that just can't be taken away no matter what she wears...

This NO Talent has an excellent PR firm. Always in the news for no reason except a new dress??? She has plenty of $$$ and her daddy has plenty of $$$ to keep her in the public eye. She has not talent whatsoever, but yet makes the news for one thing or another...waste of space

It has a little more style and class than the usual...It's cut and designed to make her look like she has hips. It's hard to find clothes for those of us who look better naked. lol.

Thank you. I thought the dress was nice, but the hair...Same old, same old. Its like she almost afraid to wear it different. Maybe she doesn't like it pulled back anymore. I know if my best friend was my hair dresser, I would be trying different styles.
