There was no shortage of animal mischief this week.

A monkey at the Memphis Zoo was quite jealous of a tall human this week and attempted quite an acrobatic attack.

A nine-year-old Hawaiian monk seal was flown from the Midway Islands to a temporary home at the Waikiki Aquarium in Hawaii this week. The aggressive seal, known as KE18, has killed two other Hawaiian monk seals and wounded at least 11. Hawaiian monk seals are the "most endangered marine mammal in the United States," according to the Associated Press, and officials had planned to euthanize KE18 for "his propensity for nudging his own species toward extinction."

Other animals are a little more well-behaved. This unique photograph from a zoo near London appears to be catch an otter in the middle of prayer.

Sadly, it was revealed this week that poachers have killed over 200 elephants at a national park in Cameroon over the past four weeks.

Officials in Zimbabwe have arrested four Chinese nationals for killing and eating endangered tortoises. According to the Associated Press, the group admitted to killing 40 Bell's hinged tortoises.
