Domingo Zapata Paints Lindsay Lohan As Eve And Makes Big Bucks (PHOTOS)

Lindsay Lohan's New Role As A Muse?

In her newest role, Lindsay Lohan is playing the original sexy sinner herself, Eve. (Where else could she go after playing sexy Jesus?) From "The Parent Trap" to "Playboy," the pop culture icon has become a national emblem for temptation into sin.

In a new neo-expressionist painting by the Spanish artist Domingo Zapata, Lohan strikes her signature innocence-corrupted pout while surrounded by Biblical banter turned dirty talk. The text reads: "Adam and Eve changed mankind forever . . . started SIN . . . it was a plain simple apple hanging from a tree. Then the world changed for all of us."

The style is Warhol's Marilyn meets Basquiat's everything. Lohan also been channeling her inner Monroe quite a bit recently, including her recent Playboy spread. Zapata is receiving rave reviews for his fantasy-reality-Hollywood-nightmare painted collages. According to his website he also co-wrote lyrics to the "Macarena." Need we say more?

The celebrity homage recently sold for a whopping $100,000 to a mysterious "prominent British collector." It seems someone thought the piece was sinfully delicious.
