The possibilities for "legalized tax evasion" will explode if he is elected..... The Super-Pac supporters will "demand" to be "repaid"......

Loopholes and fraud will become rampant as he "reconstructs" the tax code for his 1% percent beneficiaries....

Who ends up paying for all this?????

Guess....

Everyday more and more is coming out about Rmoney's finances . . . wait until he releases his additional tax returns, he'll be toast.

It's even worse. In 1994 when Republicans got control of Congress and they had set their sights on of all things, Arts Funding, the mantra was..."let the arts earn their money like everyone else does, through the marketplace!". BUT this was all a cynical ruse. You see that year Oren Hatch of Utah introduced a Senate bill on behalf of the very same Mariott Corporation. That bill was to ban royalty payments for music played on restaurant PA systems, depriving songwriters of a huge portion of their income, solely to benefit the large corps like Mariott. These guys are no lovers at all of free enterprise! The ONLY profits they really fight for are the ones that line just their own pockets.

Until it's illegal to use tax shelters, I have no problem with paying as little money to people that haven't earned it.

Ah, the greedy merchants the Bible speak of.

If I earned it, it's not greed. It's earnings. Let's talk to the deadbeat that pay no taxes and demand more services from the people paying their ill-gotten ways.

Do you think America does not deserve to pay for the multiple wars that republicants start? Do the young men and women they put into harm's way not deserve the body armor that they were deprived of during the entirety of the Iraq war thereby subjecting them unnecessary fatality? How will they be equipped when Rmoney and his ilks are allowed to hide their personal taxes in off-shore accounts and those of the companies he oversees?

What a shock.

I have to say though, that nobody (or no business) can be blamed for taking advantage of every legal way one can to reduce one's tax burden.

Of course, I myself depend on a certain popular tax preparation software rather than a clever, "tricksy" accountant, so could easily be missing things that bump right up against the borders of legitimacy.

So it goes.

Willard is so phoney and more crooked than a dog's hind leg. His motto is: "Believe in Switzerland and The Cayman Islands, not America".

Maybe Romney can make the national debt disappear by creating phony revenue increases while at the same time making any spending disappear while he is in the White House. W used a similar trick to hide spendings in Iraq and Afghanistan all the time he was President. Maybe this is what Harvard Business School teaches.

the only thing less patriotic than a draft dodger is a tax dodger.

funny thing is most of them are also republicans.
07:57 PM on 02/22/2012
A draft dodger is being asked to put a life on the line; the tax dodger only money. Big difference.
