i dont see how the 2008-09 saints didnt make this list . seriously. they were among the worst in the league almost their entire existance than come through and win a suberbowl

All these years later, I still remember Jimmy V. and his N.C.State team. I also remember the year Villanova beat Georgetown in the finals....that was a real Cinderella story, too.

Its a team list so Gardner as amazing as he was is out.

How can you not list the US hockey team 1.

Just basing it on what had the greatest emotional effect on me. Good point about Gardner, although he was part of a team.
