Dog Can't Fit Baguette Through Door: Cute/Ridiculous Animal Thing Of The Day (VIDEO)

This dog thought she hit the jackpot. An entire baguette! Unattended! Up for grabs in the kitchen!

But what she didn't count on was how tough getting that thing through her kennel door would be.

Luckily her family were good sports about it and pulled out a camera to capture the goofiness as she tried to negotiate the narrow space. The struggle makes her victory that much sweeter.

And maybe next time her family will store their baked goods a little farther out of reach.

Cute puppy! Not sure how my dogs would react when they get their own baguettes. :P

Oh, and the uploader wrote why their house was filthy: "By the way this video was filmed 3 years ago and our kitchen was filthy, but now it's clean. We were going on vacation on our boat for two weeks hence the food in boxes everywhere and all the coke in the background. The linoleum is 60 years old and obviously it looks terrible. Our dog is not neglected, we had her eye removed because of a tumor, and a tumor in her paw was also removed. Obviously she could have been put down, but we paid lots of money so she could be alive and comfortable. She's also stolen other things including a hamburger, a starbuck's frappuccino, and cheez-its."

Wow... if that was my kitchen I wouldn't be broadcasting pictures of it to the world. While the dog is cute it stuns me how anyone could live like that. Eww.

Reminds me of when I used to come home from work on a rainy day and my dog would grab the umbrella out of my hands so she could run off with it in her mouth... only she couldn't quite get it through the door. You could hear the gears grinding in her head as she tried to do the math and figure out what angle she needed to approach with in order to get through the door without dropping it. :)
