Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano apologized to county residents for the scandal that has swirled around his administration for months.

“I agree with those who have said, ‘He should have done a better job,” Ficano said tonight in is 10th State of County address. “I should have had better oversight and for letting you down, I apologize. So my pledge to you tonight is that we will do a better job and I will do a better job.”
