Who in their right mind ever thought that going to sleep with a cough drop, or anything else in their mouth was a good idea?

I have had a sleep study and have had 44 apneas in a hour....I have horrible insomnia and am on 2 meds for RLS.......I feel like s__ every day all the time. Now I am falling asleep behind the wheel. This is a very real problem. Just wish I could find someone that really care to help-

Have you considered chiropractic or consulting a nutritionist. I have seen the best results from those two areas of alternative medicine. Not permanent results mind you, but still the most effective.

No...but I do need a nutritionist with all the weight I have put on from the meds and the disruption with my body. I will try them....just very desperate. Thanks for the advice!-appreciated

HP must be hard up for a newsworthy article. Who does anything but sleep while they sleep! Oh Yeah! Don't talk while you sleep. The marriage you save might be your own! How ridiculous! Don't run while you sleep either. You might fall out of bed! Worse yet, kick your spouse!

Is it mindline or mindless???? DON'T write on a subject you no NOTHING about! People sleep all the time, until they are diagnosed , and get very little sleep. Unfortunately sometimes even after a remedy is hard to find.

As one who suffers from the inability to get a good night's sleep and feel rejuvinated enough to deal with the next day I think my sarcastic remarks are not undeserved. You nailed it! That was a mindless article! I have also found myself falling asleep at the wheel at times. So I understand your plight. But as far as I am concerned HP shed no new light on the problem.

Allowing an animal to climb on your bed and pillow is absolutely disgusting and dangerous. My friend across the street, cleans up her dog's excrement once every two weeks. It is a small yard. The dogs step in their own mess daily and then she allows them to sleep in her bed and her children's beds. Her cat box is also ignored until it is overflowing. The cats paws are full of their own urine and feces. Not my idea of good health.

My cat will shake the door until I let him in the room. I know I know, I should have broken him of that habit a long time ago but if I don't let him in, he'll cry outside of the door all night. Plus he's so warm and fluffy.
