Enrique Iglesias, Anna Kournikova Don't Plan To Marry

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova have been together for more than 10 years, but don't expect wedding bells to be ringing anytime soon, if at all. The singer recently talked to Parade magazine and revealed that he and his longtime love haven't tied the knot, and aren't planning a wedding in the future.

"I’ve never really thought marriage would make a difference," he told Parade. "Maybe it’s because I come from divorced parents, but I don’t think you love someone more because of a piece of paper. And nowadays, it’s not taboo to have kids and not be married. What makes a difference is that you’re a good parent, period."

This isn't the first time the couple has addressed their relationship, and it seems Kournikova agrees with her beau's thoughts on marriage.

“[Marriage] isn’t important to me," the former tennis pro told Women's Health magazine in 2011. "I’m in a happy relationship -- that’s all that matters,” she says. “I believe in commitment. I believe in being open and trusting each other and respecting each other completely.”

While they may not be planning a wedding, the couple is presumably happy just to be in love, and that's something Iglesias knows a thing or two about.

"It’s the thing we all have in common," Iglesias told Parade about why he writes so many love songs. "Ninety percent of music tackles that subject because everyone -- no matter how old, what religion, or what nationality -- knows those feelings."
