2012 NCAA Tournament's Top Ten Freshmen

Ever since the NBA implemented its one-and-done rule, the NCAA Tournament has been flooded with baby-faced freshmen trying to use March to catapult themselves into the draft lottery in June. Last season for example, Kentucky point guard Brandon Knight hit a buzzer-beater against Ohio State, leading the Wildcats to the Final Four and cementing his status as a top ten pick.

With as many as eight potential lottery picks, the 2012 edition of The Big Dance is no different. In this top ten list, we break down the elite freshmen you need to know about entering the field of 68.
