Big Businesses In Bind Over Supreme Court's Health Care Case

Big business lobbying groups like the U.S. Chamber of Commerce that fought hard against President Barack Obama's health care reform law want the Supreme Court to either toss out the whole thing or none of it, Bloomberg News reports. A partial repeal would cause more problems for employers than leaving the law in place, business trade groups contend. The Supreme Court will hear arguments this month in a lawsuit challenging the Constitutionality of health care reform.

"The chamber is among lobby groups for large companies caught between their own distaste for the law and the self-interest of members who have won concessions since it was passed," according to Bloomberg News.
