RealClearPolitics :

For Al Gore, it was the audible sighing in his first debate against George W. Bush in 2000 that struck many viewers as off-putting.

Mitt Romney, Anne and their 5 children act like spoiled children in a candy store all the time.
Just listen to them whine about their wealth, raincoats, their Cadillacs, their rich friends and how they know everyone, How they do "think of themselves as rich".

Mitt's comment about paying 13.9% taxes - how it's ALL LEGAL {snicker} , how he's unemployed {not retired} He thinks like a spoiled ultra rich man.
His wife shops at the best store and has no idea want it is like to even begin to worry about anything other than a broken nail or another pair of new shoes.

When Mitt RoMoney says he is not concerned about the poor HE MEANS IT!!!!

I think it's funny when they try to downplay their wealth with silly statements. "I don't feel like I'm wealthy" has to be the most ludicrous of all of them.

LOL!!!! can you imagine how arrogant you have to be to say that!!! I watched Mitt sitting down to have his shoes scanned like he is too special to take them off he has to have a chair brought to him to sit and be scanned. He is so not in touch with the "rest of us normal people" Can I sit and have my shoes scanned too instead standing in line with "stinky feet" in front of me. I always wear socks. EWWWWW!!!

Mitt looks like he is gritting his teeth. Especially when he smiles. Not exactly as lovable as he wants us to think. When he laughs that terrible laugh he seems to be doing it to cover up how angry he is.

I think the media has completely downplayed this flaw with Romney. There is nothing wrong with having a temper - many of our presidents have had terrible tempers - Clinton, Nixon (obviously), even Obama is known to be prickly. You just can't SHOW it. These little outbursts will hurt him in the debates with Obama.

Everything Mitt has been doing and saying will hurt him in the debates. I can't wait!

It depends on when you show your temper. Clinton was known to blow up if somebody messed up on an important task or issue. Romney gets mad merely because you challenge some political talking point he has just mouthed - he can't stand being challenged by the lesser people, which seems to include pretty much everybody.

Whoever decided it was okay to overlook this character flaw ought to be pilloried. The prospect of a megalomaniac getting even more power and authority is well...like throwing gasoline on the fire.

Mitt is just pretending to be a petulant loud mouth for the baggers. They eat that stuff up.
11:00 AM on 03/19/2012
Really? How do you know he is pretending? I don't think so. It's obvious it's a deep rage at being questioned when his whole life he has been privileged and has not had to answer to anyone. Besides, my experience with Mormon men.....they are so frickin arrogant because they are taught that they are special, they rule over women, they get the planets when they die, they are considered Priests of the family.

How do I know?? Because the flip-flopper man doesn't have a backbone, or the courage of his convictions and retracts or revises everything he has ever said or stood for, that's how!

Mitt Romeny does nothing charitable outside the Mormon Church. As a mormon that is not okay!!!

As a mormon he cannot fake it.

you must walk the walk not just pay your tithing and go to temple. You must do good too!!!

People with loose cannon tempers are generally people who cannot stand to be questioned or challenged. Sometimes it is an authority figure attitude and sometimes it is simply a defensive move because the person feels threatened and unable to launch a proper defense of their position. Mitt is a perfect example of a person who is unsure of his positions and he can't stand being put on the spot. That particular characteristic serves no person who wants to be President of the United States. It is clear that Romney has never really had to do much to be pampered and coddled. He reminds me of G.W. Bush, Jr., who once said, after leaving office and having been asked the question.."What do you miss most about being in the White House?" ...Bush's response..."I miss being pampered.". How typical these two birds are.

Mitt has a huge glass jaw. If they ask him anything he does not like, point out a weakness or anything he is not prepared for, he quickly becomes shaky and angry, his eyes dart around, he does not know how to handle it. I think it comes from a lifetime of getting anything he wants.

The GOP has no interest in fixing the problem when it works so well for them. They don't want to run this country, they only want to win an election. He's just like a dog chasing a car. He'll run and bark at it, with no CLUE what to do with it,even if he could catch it.

As someone remarked, Repubs know how to win elections, Democrats know how to govern.

Mitt Romney was born with a 24 carot gold spoon in his mouth. He was taken care of by servants, driven around by servants, and went to all the best schools and colleges. He never spent a day in the military and would not know which end of a rifle to point.

He spend some time in France as a missionary as required in their faith in order to gain importance and status.

He invested some of the money that he inherited from Daddy to buy into Bain Capital, a company that took over struggling companies either through a hostile takeover or complete buyout. Those who could be easily save were and the others that would take time and effort were not. Some were used as colateral for various shell companies that soon went bankrupt. They layed off all the workers and renigged on retirement contracts. Anything not bolted down was sold and loans were defaulted on. Romney and his pirate friends made billions.

Romney was credited to have save the Olympics. What he did in fact was fire all the managers, replaced them with his chosen people, and then threw money at any problem that came up.

Then he successfully ran for governor of Pennslyvania. His major accomplishment was an affordable healthcare program that is very simular to the one Obama and the Dems put through that the GOP says is illegal. Of course they don't confuse the public with the real facts.

he was, I'm sorry to say, elected governor of Massachusetts, not Pennsylvania

Romney is no different than Donald Trump. They are selfish millionaires who are accustomed to b*tt-kissing lackeys who hang on to their every word, seeking favor and attention.

It is true only with inherited millionaires ("trust find babies"). Self made millionaires are 'no nonsense' guys and can smell a butt kisser from miles away. Both Donald and Mittens inherited fortunes from their parents.

I will have to give Mittens some credit. He hasn't wasted the family fortune as The Donald has. Donald stays afloat by filing bankruptcies to avoid paying his creditors. Mittens does it the old-fashioned way - he closes plants and throws people out of work.
